About the role

Lead a collaborative development team and ensure best practices in software development are met with security at the forefront.

In this role, you will assist clients in navigating complex applications, integrations, and website needs. In your role as a Technical Lead, you will be able to manage your engineering team and explore innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Architectural design and implementation of the backend solutions
  • Managing escalation procedures and resolving critical issues
  • Lead and mentor other developers to help with the project.
  • Developing prototypes and testing systems
  • Meeting deadlines and budgets
  • Developing a joint project plan
  • Providing accurate quotes
  • Q&A for deliverables

Ideal Experience

  • An experienced, nice, and passionate developer who has a strong focus on quality, maintainability, and continuous improvement
  • An advocate for personal and professional growth and a mentor who is ready to roll up their sleeves when needed.
  • Curiosity, collaboration, and care are all important parts of the test-and-learn culture.
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical clients, as well as the ability to communicate and influence effectively
  • Collaboration with Technical Directors and Project Managers to improve performance
  • Skills in both written and oral communication are required.
  • Years of experience in Umbraco, Kentico, or Sitecore
  • With Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platforms (any one of them), DevOps/Infrastructure is an important consideration.
  • VueJS, ReactJS, or Angular are the frontend frameworks that you may use.
  • Web3, HTML/CSS, JS/ES6, eCommerce are important skills. CRM Salesforce, Hubspot, or Dynamics is a great place to start.
